NULLITY.

In the event that any provision of this Legal Notice is deemed null and void, in whole or in part, such nullity or non-application shall not affect the other provisions of the Legal Notice or any special conditions that may have been established, as the case may be.

APPLICABLE LAW AND COMPETENT COURTS.This Legal Notice shall be governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any conflict that may arise from accessing the Portal, the User and the Owner, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction, expressly agree to submit to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of the domicile of the Owner of the Portal.
